Leave the year 2019 behind and catch a breath. Start the year 2020 together with us with yoga for relaxation, meditation and easy exercises in the nature.

Rethink your plan 2020

Together with us you can get to know new ways for mental and physical fitness. We offer pilates, yoga, fascia training, running, circuit and functional training lead by two professional trainers. Of course to your physical wellbeing belongs a healthy and balanced nutrition. You are going to learn how easy a good nutrition can be.

Energizing kick-start

After defining your individual way to reach more power in 2020, we fill your energy store with an individual mental and fitness training as well as a fitting nutrition.



Who can participate in "Repower 2020 for you"?
Everybody, who wants to make 2020 to the best year.

Do I have to be fit?
No, the program is made for every level of fitness. You decide the extend and intensity of the training.

What else does the program offer?
We offer full board with a vital breakfast buffet, delicious and balanced lunch and dinner, mineral water included. You have time - not only for your questions about healthness and fitness, but also just for YOU! During breaks you have the possibility to use the Nature Spa by the lake. Or you can book a relaxing massage for a surcharge.

And what happens after the "5 days Repower 2020"?
You already have success and you want to keep going, then book a personal training with our trainer to live more sustainable, healthier and fitter.

Saturday, 18.01.2020
"taste it - have fun"

  • Jogging or a quick walk with functional training and a following breakfast
  • Pilates with equipment and partner-yoga
  • Common light lunch
  • Free time (Nature Spa included)
  • „Jane Fonda - back to the roots“
  • Common dinner and afterwards bringing the event to an end by sitting at the bonfire together

During breaks...

Possibility of a individual training (coach) or a pain therapy according to Liebscher & Bracht. You have also time for an individual hike by or around the lake (8,9km).

Your coaches

Tanja Burrer is specialised in the training method of pilates as a holistic, efficient and focused body training. Additional to the individual pilates training in the private area she offers a nuanced training, for example roadwork or functional training.
Nicole Gardthausen can show widespread experience: She is a certified yoga teacher, pilates trainer, group fitness trainer, bungee fitness, jumping trainer and rehabilitation trainer at orthopaedics. Furthermore she owns many additional qualifications in the area of yoga and relaxation and general fitness.
