Repower 2021 for you!

Make 2021 to your best year - we are already the second time in the Seehotel Töpferhaus!

Learn new ways for your mental and physical fitness with you. We offer pilates, yoga, fascia training, running, circuit and functional training. Even if you have already participated last time, it stays exciting and interesting because of new content!

The training is suitable for every level. You can move with yoga and pilates holistically, feel your body specifically with mats workouts or with devices in pilates and receive a better posture, power and mobility. Simultaneously relax your body and soul with meditation. Or you have the possibility to come to your power limit through functional training.

As well we add the movement with an active exchange in topics about health, mindfulness, movement and motivation. You are going to learn theoretical and practical things about the big topic fasciae. This time we are going to talk with the expert chef of  the Seehotel Töpferhaus to learn more about healthy nutrition and to discuss about recent myths about nutrition.

Take your time! We are going to introduce you to diverse sports. Try out, with wich movements you can reach your aims or you have fun with. Have joy with new movements and develop a completely good physical feeling. Thereby enjoying good and healthy food, talk with like-minded people or enjoy your time out in beautiful atmosphere - this fills your energy storage for the year 2021!

    • Running of yoga to wake up with following breakfast
    • Total mix circuit training
    • Common, healthy lunch with time to talk about the topic nutrition together with the professional cook and the trainers
    • Free time (Nature Spa included)

    Saturday "taste it - have fun"

    Little adjustments of the program are possible

    Of course the participation in the program is totally voluntarily. You can choose the item on the agenda, which are interesting for you and enjoy the rest of the time for yourself.

    Your coaches

    Tanja Burrer is specialised in the training method of pilates as a holistic, efficient and focused body training. Additional to the individual pilates training in the private area she offers a nuanced training, for example roadwork or functional training.
    Nicole Gardthausen can show widespread experience: She is a certified yoga teacher, pilates trainer, group fitness trainer, bungee fitness, jumping trainer and rehabilitation trainer at orthopaedics. Furthermore she owns many additional qualifications in the area of yoga and relaxation and general fitness.
