Stressless in Balance

There are so many relaxation exercises and stress management strategies. On this weekend you get to know your individual trigger for stress and experience on your own body, which exercises are good for you. Take your time to unwind at this relaxing place and create yourself an island of relaxation, which you can integrate easily in your daily routine.

In the breaks between two workshops you have enough time to enjoy the silence, the view of the lake, walks in the nature and the finnish sauna.

Additionally you have the opportunity to book your individual and relaxing head- and facemassage. Different techniques from the west and east medicine let the energy in the energy gates flow freely again, so that you can relax deeply.

Your Coach:
Ulrike Holstein is an educated physiotherapist with more than 25 years of professional experience and an additional qualification as a relaxation therapist. Focus of her work is to help people not only to heal physically, but also to find your inner balance mentally and psychologically with the help of relaxation and stress management. Benefit from her experience and her wide knowledge and learn which relaxation methods you need to find your hoistic balance and get it back.

Friday: Workshop in the afternoon from 5pm

  • Introduction and procedure of the workshops, to get in the mood for the weekend
  • Arriving from the daily routine with easy body exercises, perception of the body and breathing, mindfulness, body journey 

Saturday: Workshop before midday from 9am

  • After making you lively and limber with the help of some yoga exercises there is a theoretical part with these topics: What is stress? What does stress with us and our body? Which trigger are there?
  • Presentation of different relaxation methods and impacts
  • Easy Qi Gong exercises, bodyscan and breathing exercises to relax

Workshop in the afternoon from 5pm

  • Bodyscan, body exercises to find balance, progessive muscle relaxation, meditation, body journey

Sunday: Workshop before midday from 11am

  • Possibility to do a morning walk through the forests
  • Feedback, talk about questions, tips for your daily routine ("little timeouts")
  • Intensify some relaxation techniques
  • Meditative relaxation as a conclusion
