TERMS OF CONTRACT

• THE RENTER HAS CONVINCED HIMSELF THAT THE CANOES/SUPs ARE IN GOOD CONDITION.
• the renter undertakes to handle the canoes/sups with care and to return them to the rental location in good condition at the agreed rental date. IF THE CANOE/SUP IS LEFT ELSEWHERE, THE RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNING IT TO THE POTTING HOUSE MOORING!
• THE RENTER IS LIABLE FOR DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF THE CANOES/SUPs.
• All occupants must wear life jackets. These are located in the boathouse and are available for different body weights.
• From wind force 3 we recommend the use of the canoes only for experienced and athletic canoeists. From wind force 5, use is generally prohibited.
• THE USE OF CANOES FOR FISHING IS PROHIBITED. A distance of at least 30m from the shore must be maintained. The island may not be entered. The lake may only be used until 8 p.m. or sunset.
• THE MAXIMUM LOAD / NUMBER OF PERSONS IS LIMITED TO 240KG / 4 PERSONS PER CANOE.
• THE USE OF THE CANOES/SUPs IS AT THE RENTER'S RISK.
• THE RENTER ACKNOWLEDGES THESE CONDITIONS AND THE LESSOR'S PRICES.

IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE OR LOSS, PLEASE CONTACT THE SEEHOTEL TÖPFERHAUS IMMEDIATELY ON 04338 99710. WHEN RETURNING THE CANOES, PLEASE MOOR THEM SECURELY AT THE LANDING STAGE, PUT THE PADDLES IN THE CANOE, HANG UP THE LIFE JACKETS IN THE BOATHOUSE AND REPORT ANY DAMAGE.
