You receive your guests by the crackling fireplace, on the beautiful lakeside terrace or on the spacious lawn and we pour you a glass of champagne or Hugo, Crémant Brut, an apple and rose aperitif or perhaps a Feuerzangen punch in winter? While you clink glasses and your guests gaze out over the Bistensee and get talking to each other, we serve hearty finger food such as canapés with hummus and pomegranate or crispy Chester sticks with sun-ripened tomatoes, zucchini waffles or home-marinated salmon with mango chutney. If you prefer it sweet, our patisserie will spoil you with a wedding cake of up to 4 tiers in flavors ranging from strawberry-vanilla-mascarpone to Lübeck marzipan and Swiss dark chocolate. A creative variety that is also reflected in our patissière's other cake compositions: Whether apple or carrot-ginger-cashew, tiramisu or chocolate tart - every sweet tooth will find their own personal moment of happiness here. And while your guests get to know each other better and better while enjoying the cake together, the impressive lake panorama provides the ideal backdrop for atmospheric photo shoots with the bridal couple.
