Ground & Nourish Yourself

Autumn is retreat time - retreat time. Just as the trees shed their leaves and gather their life force within, it is also good for us to pause, turn our attention from the outside back inwards and strengthen our roots.

With this retreat, we invite you to take a step back from everyday life to reconnect more deeply with yourself and let your inner light shine. So that you start the winter nourished and grounded.

You can expect a well-rounded mix of activating, flowing yoga sessions and nourishing, slow yin yoga classes, as well as meditation and relaxation impulses, essential oils, sound and time for yourself to unwind.

Look forward to the finest vegetarian (vegan on request) food in a beautiful location and time for everything your heart longs for - whether it's walks through nature, cozy get-togethers with other yogis, a swim in the lake (Chris loves to accompany you cold bathing), sauna, reading comfortably in bed or or or.

A little yoga experience is an advantage, but generally all levels are welcome.

Hi, I am Erika yoga teacher, sleep coach, psychologist & systemic counselor and therapist. 
For me, yoga is a way of life and means being mindful, compassionate and in touch with myself and my environment. I particularly enjoy the versatility and freedom of yoga. Whether sweaty & fiery, flowing & creative or calm, gentle & meditative - the main thing is that it is enjoyable, does you good and brings you closer to yourself and your own vitality. In my classes, inner alignment and a healthy approach to one's own limits are particularly important to me. You don't have to fit the pose, the pose has to fit or be adapted for you. For more joy and presence - on the mat and off the mat.

I have been working with yoga, meditation and prana healing for over 15 years now, guiding individuals and groups through transformational processes. What can I say, I love it! My inner fire ignites when I see and experience all the positive changes in myself and my fellow human beings.
