Cornelius' yoga retreat offers you the opportunity for a physical, emotional and psychological retreat from the stresses and strains of everyday life. At the same time, you will work on your yoga technique. You can expect a mixture of slow vinyasa, balancing yin yoga, calming pranayama and mediation & yoga nidra based on autogenic training.
The retreat is aimed at people with some yoga experience.

Cornelius got to know yoga a good 20 years ago in India. Since then, yoga has been an integral part of his life.
He is a trained yoga and meditation teacher and is certified as E-RYT500 by the International Yoga Alliance. He has developed his technique and teaching skills during numerous stays in Asia.
His classes are characterized by intuitive asana sequences and slow-flow elements, typically beginning with grounding and breath work and ending with meditation and deep relaxation. He teaches at Hamburg University Sports, among others. Cornelius' yoga classes are intuitive, creative, humorous and undogmatic. His personal focus is on the experience of how body, mind and breathing can be brought into a harmonious balance.
