In the noisy world and stressful everyday life, we all too often lose ourselves in doing and just function instead of consciously growing. In doing so, we lose touch with ourselves and our needs. We become "human doing" instead of "human being".
If you feel that you are often stressed and have lost touch with yourself, then it's time for a conscious retreat. Treat yourself to three days of deep relaxation to bring your body and mind back into harmony. The tranquillity and deceleration will help you gain clarity about what you want from your life and what changes are necessary to achieve this. The motto of the days is BEING instead of DOING.
On Friday afternoon, we start with an opening circle and a yoga session to consciously arrive. The morning sessions are invigorating and include yoga, meditation and breathing. In the evening, we practise restorative yoga and yoga nidra to regenerate and regulate your nervous system. On Saturday afternoon, you will explore and reflect on how you deal with stress, your resilience level and learn how the nervous system influences your life. The retreat concludes with a closing circle and a yoga nidra session on Sunday afternoon. Approximately two weeks after the retreat, there will be a follow-up call with all participants to discuss the integration of what they have learned into everyday life and the challenges they face.

The retreat is suitable for all levels and is limited to 10 participants. No previous experience is necessary.

Sandra-Luisa combines Eastern wisdom and Western knowledge, as she is a yoga teacher (Vinyasa, Yoga Therapeutics, Yoga Nidra) and has a doctorate in innovation management.
She loves to unite different perspectives and bring them into integration rather than separation. In her coaching sessions and retreats, she combines yoga teachings with the latest scientific findings to make it easier for her participants to integrate what they have learned into their everyday lives in a sustainable way.
In addition to yoga retreats, Sandra-Luisa also offers training, workshops and coaching in companies on the topics of psychological safety, design thinking, human-centered leadership and resilience.
