I will show you how to connect more and more with yourself through writing using the deep journaling method. Use the healing power of creative, intuitive and expressive writing to bring more clarity and structure to your thoughts and feelings.

Gentle yoga sequences, breathing exercises and guided meditations will accompany you through this weekend.

You don't need any yoga or journaling experience for this weekend.

Please bring a yoga mat, a meditation cushion (or a small seat cushion), a blanket and a bolster. Alternatively, you can borrow the equipment on site for a fee. You will need a pen and paper for journaling. Perhaps you would like to create a nice notebook that you can write in throughout the winter.

Arrival on 15.11.2024 from 15:00 || Program starts at 16:30

Relaxed check-out on 17.11.2024 until 11:00 a.m. || program ends at 1:00 p.m.

Hello, I am Kerstin, coach for health prevention and personal development, yoga teacher, meditation leader and deep journaling instructor.

I live and work in Lübeck and in beautiful places where I offer my workshops and retreats.

In my yoga classes, I combine different yoga traditions to create flowing sequences. Breathing exercises from Pranayama and guided meditations as well as Kriyas from Kundalini Yoga round off my undogmatic teaching style. With the Deep Journaling method, I am passionate about supporting you on your path to yourself.
