We will delve deeper into the individual asanas, go deep into stretches and there will be a lot of hands on work. During the ZenThai Shiatsu sessions, we will bring the body back into harmony and relaxation.

Mona Becker completed her yoga teacher training in India in 2012 and then taught in various countries. She has also trained as a fitness and medical coach so that she can also train people with pre-existing conditions.
I love helping people to feel good in their bodies, to experience their own strength and to stay fit and healthy for a long time.
Over the years, she has completed many advanced training courses, but has focused on Vinyasa and Liquidflow Yoga. In her classes you will find a flow to music, small challenges and often end with a little Thai massage to relax.
