The days are getting shorter, the winter solstice is approaching and, just as nature shows us, we too are invited to withdraw more and more into ourselves, to move from doing to receiving, to pay attention to ourselves and our strengths and needs. Even if society and our environment often tell us otherwise - December is the time for reflection, the time to leave the old behind and to recharge our batteries and energy through retreat and silence.

In TCM, winter corresponds to the water element and represents the great yin. The sap of trees and plants retreat to the roots, animals seek shelter in caves, silence spreads and energy gathers within. And if we take a closer look away from the pre-Christmas hustle and bustle, there is a special beauty, a special glow in all that silence.

On this weekend, we invite you to join us on a retreat, to discover and focus the authentic energy that lies deep within you and, from there, to let your inner self shine.

This Me:treat is like a short vacation that invites you to review the year and leave the old behind you, to recharge your batteries and from there to move on stronger and perhaps clearer, in any case deep and authentic, shining from within you.

For whom: This retreat is explicitly for all yoga levels. Basic yoga knowledge required. We will give you appropriate options so that you are challenged according to your level.

Arrival on 29.11.2024 from 15:00 || program start at 16:30

Relaxed check-out on 01.12.2024 until 11:00 a.m. || program ends at 10:00 a.m.

About us - Claudia & Jana:

We have been yoga sistas at heart ever since we met during our first yoga training. We have already set up several yoga projects together and are really looking forward to a moving retreat with you.

Claudia ✨ For me, yoga is the perfect combination of: calming down, finding myself and movement - sometimes dynamic and challenging, sometimes calm and gentle. My head is quiet, my heart is loud - that's what yoga does to me and what I want to pass on.
