You can expect a relaxing time in nature with yoga, sauna and delicious food. In the morning we wake up the body with stimulating Hatha Yoga and relax in the evening with calm Yin Yoga. The perfect end to the day is a yoga nidra session on Saturday after the yin class.

Four years ago Meridian went to the origins of yoga for her 500-hour yoga teacher training - to India. There she fell in love with the multi-layered aspects of yoga. In addition to the philosophy, she was particularly touched by the breathing work of pranayama, the chanting of mantras and the deep calm of meditation. Guided by her fascination, two further training courses in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra followed.
