Wedding dinner

The culinary highlight of a wedding celebration at the Seehotel Töpferhaus is always the dinner for bridal couples and guests alike. No wonder, since you are placing yourselves in the hands of the award-winning cuisine of our Restaurant LammButtRindOur team at the pots and pans not only brings a wealth of experience from various Michelin-starred kitchens, but also impresses with its exceptionally fresh and aromatic recipes. Which you can already find out from the menu: Whether it's the maple and thistle vinaigrette or the sweet potato and coconut soup, the sautéed cod with a Dijon mustard crust or the gnocchi with pumpkin Brussels sprouts and pear, the cherry tiramisu with Belgian chocolate or the trifle with pears, yoghurt and walnut crumble - even spoiled gourmet palates are in for a treat here!
All you have to do is decide whether you would like us to serve your guests a set menu or, as at the vast majority of our parties at the Töpferhaus, an individual buffet. Tomato cream soup with tarragon, roasted guinea fowl breast with thyme, carrot and ginger quiche, beetroot carpaccio with smoked tofu, almond panna cotta with raspberry coulis: there are (almost) no limits to your curiosity and our passion in the kitchen, and we will prepare the dinner for your wedding celebration in a correspondingly individual way. After all, such a highlight should be truly unforgettable!
