Treat yourself to some time out and celebrate the wisdom of your body. A weekend just for you!

Everything can Nothing must.

No matter what week of pregnancy you are in, you are cordially invited to join us. You don't need any yoga experience. The weekend is suitable for all levels.

All this in the idyllic and beautiful Töpferhaus, right on the lake. Somewhat secluded in the middle of nature. This weekend is filled with everything that gives us strength and nourishes us. Insanely good food, energizing and relaxing yoga sessions, soothing bodywork sessions, pranayama techniques, lots of free time to go for a walk, exchange ideas or enjoy time alone.

The Töpferhaus is a place that gives you strength, there is a sauna, a real fire in the fireplace, many retreats and beautiful rooms. Everything is taken care of so that you can just be.

There is space here to slow down and recharge your batteries.

There is plenty of space for you and your needs.

Arrival on 22.11.2024 from 15:00 || Program starts at 16:30

Relaxed check-out on 24.11.2024 until 11:00 a.m. || program ends at 1:00 p.m.

Hi, I am JenneI have made it my mission to introduce people like you to Forrest Yoga with all its positive, sustainable effects.

And that includes feeling, exploring and strengthening your body. Without a lot of fuss. Calm and challenging, soothing and humorous, effortless and profound.

Fascinated by the combination of tradition and the latest scientific findings, I have refined my style after more than 900 hours of training and continue to learn from masters of anatomy and movement nerds, assist yoga trainings and deepen and renew my knowledge and feeling for the body and mind.

It is important to me to always create a safe space where everything can but nothing has to. I work individually and give variations for poses so that you can find the right one for you. In this way, you learn to lovingly take responsibility for your own body.

I have been teaching pre- and postnatal yoga in the Poppy Perinatal style since 2020 and am very much looking forward to filling a whole weekend with it.
