SUP yoga is an ideal combination of yoga and stand-up paddling. It is a special experience and pure nourishment for the soul. On the board, you feel like you're on a small island, completely at one with yourself. Surrounded by the sounds of nature on Lake Bistensee, even SUP beginners will get a good feel for the board through yoga and refine their yoga practice. Your mindfulness is strengthened and your deep muscles are trained along the way.
The beautiful Seehotel offers the ideal conditions for SUP yoga and yoga on the mat. It welcomes you with relaxed nonchalance, offers you retreat and relaxation in hygge rooms and in many inviting places and spoils you with culinary delights.
You can expect a short break for body, mind and soul and the opportunity to get to know yoga in a whole new way.
I look forward to spending time with you on the board and on land!
ps. You can bring your own SUP board or rent a board on site for €25. Please note that your board should be at least 320 x 80 x 15 cm (10.6') for a relaxed yoga practice and should have good strength and stability. An anchor can be provided.
